Anesthesiologist
Dr. Deborah Chung is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, receiving her Medical Degree at Loma Linda University in 1986 and completing Anesthesia residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 1990. Dr. Chung has practiced Anesthesiology in the Inland Empire since then and has been working with Dr. Collins since 2003.
Dr. Chung has privileges at the following locations: Inland surgery center, Premier Surgery Center, Hallmark Surgical Center, Loma Linda University Medical Center, Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veterans Administration Hospital. She is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the California Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia.

Office Manager
Pamela has been involved in Plastic Surgery for over 29 years. She is experienced in both front and back office as well as office management. She has also worked as an aesthetician in the field and currently specializes in micropigmentation using practical applications of colorants to create a more natural permanent makeup or scar camouflage.
Pamela has worked closely with Dr. Collins for 19 years and has an intimate understanding of patients looking to enhance their appearance. She is able to assist patients with decisions regarding a surgery as well as possible combination surgeries. Physician Assistant
Michele joined Dr. Collins' practice as his physician assistant (PA) in February 2005. A physician assistant is a board certified health care professional licensed to practice medicine under the supervision of a physician. Within the physician-PA relationship, physician assistants exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. PA's are educated in the medical model designed to complement physician training and maintain a close working relationship with their supervising physicians. As a physician assistant Michele is a representative of Dr. Collins, treating patients in the style and manner developed and directed by him. Michele began her training at Loma Linda University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Medical Care and went on to Loma Linda University's Physician Assistant program to earn her Master's degree.
Dr. Collins continues to mentor Michele on all levels of his practice. She assists Dr. Collins in surgery and provides post operative follow-up care. Michele specializes in non-surgical face and body rejuvenation using the latest facial fillers, injections and radio frequency tissue tightening. She continues to attend education seminars to stay current on aesthetic products, technique, and medical information. Patient Care Coordinator
Mary is our front office patient coordinator and has been working in this capacity for 2 ½ years. She is available to assist you from your consultation to scheduling your surgery and coordinate your pre and post operative appointments.
Mary’s background includes working in the medical and dental field for 22 years. She is a dental assistant as well as a licensed aesthetician. She welcomes and will gladly guide Spanish-speaking patients to ease their comfort level in communication during their care. |

Preoperative Educator
Janice is our pre-operative educator working with our patients prior to their surgery. In this capacity, she consults with patients and assists them with a better understanding of their scheduled procedure. Janice explains possible risks and complications as well as the positive and beneficial aspects of the surgery. She is prepared to address any specific health concerns or needs the patient may have. Janice is also the coordinator for the silicone implant study. |

Director of Nursing
Kara is working with Dr. Collins as the director of nursing and continues to certify our quadruple A Out-Patient surgery center. She assists in the operating room and will make sure that you as our patient and your family members leave our facility with postoperative instructions. Kara is also involved in direct patient care including pre-operative physicals and education, BOTOX injections, facial fillers and the latest in laser technology.
Kara joined our staff with approximately 8 years in the nursing field. She has worked as a registered nurse in a variety of areas including neuro/trauma step-down ICU, medical ICU, and the emergency room as a float nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She graduated from LLU School of Nursing with a Bachelors Degree in Science and Nursing going on to earn a masters degree from CSU Long Beach. Kara is now a licensed adult nurse practitioner in the state of California. A nurse practitioner is a registered nurse with advanced training and education in a specialized area. As an NP, Kara is able to diagnose and treat patients, order tests, interpret diagnostic results, and perform procedures under the close supervision of Dr. Collins |

Certified Surgical Technician
Colette has worked with Dr. Collins for 5 years in the capacity of a certified surgical technician. She thoroughly prepares for our surgical procedures with her high regard of patient care, orders supplies and helps with the safe discharge of our patient’s as well as post-operative care.
Colette’s background includes 15 years of plastic surgery experience to include both front and back office. She is also a licensed aesthetician. |

- European aesthetician
Tina has been working Dr. Collins since August of 2003. She is a trained European aesthetician with advanced experience in designer peels, facials, and lymphatic drainage massage. Tina performs a variety of peels and customizes treatments that target your specific challenges such as acne, pigmentation, extended pore size, fine lines and sun damage.
Her background includes 15 years experience in medical skin care. She was trained in a dermatology office and has a vast knowledge of skin conditions and treatments.

Business Manager
Trudi is our business manager maintaining documents and correspondence as well as accounts payable and receivable.
Trudi has a background of 35 years in the business field. During that time, twenty five years was spent in the medical equipment leasing field as operations manager. She also worked with an optometry group and beauty spa/salon. Trudi is a graduate of Elizabeth Seton College and Berkeley Secretarial School in New York. |

Certified Surgical Technician
Jennifer H Warren started with Dr. Collins December 2006 as a licensed surgical technician. She performs surgical scrub responsibilities, plans and organizes the operating room and supplies to enable quality support for sterilization equipment procedures. Jennifer also substitutes and helps with the front desk responsibilities assisting patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
She is a graduate of Careers College of America and her background includes working the front office at Loma Linda University. Jennifer also acted as a liaison between patients, medical groups and insurance carriers.
