Dr. Norbert Collins is a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in the areas of plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.  He has performed thousands of surgical procedures since receiving his medical degree in 1973.

Prior to your surgery, Dr. Collins will first consult with you to learn about your personal situation, and to discuss your objectives and concerns.  He will advise you of the potential results of the procedure and provide you with additional information concerning the long-term results.
