Breast Augmentation

The desire to have larger, shapelier breasts is a wish held by many women. The best way to achieve a larger, fuller breast is through breast augmentation. Breast augmentation is a procedure by which a small incision is made under the breast and a saline implant is installed underneath the muscle of the chest wall to enlarge the size and change the shape of the breast.

After surgery, breasts will appear "fuller" and more shapely in contour. There is minimal scarring and the result will be a very natural looking breast.

Facelift

The face you see in the mirror every morning is a vital part of your identity. Over time, the long-term effects of gravity, exposure to sun, dry air, and general stress takes its toll on an individual's face and neckline. Jowls can develop under the jawline with folds and fat deposits. Sometimes creases begin to form between the nose and the mouth.

A facelift can considerably reduce these signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening the underlying muscles, and redraping the skin around the neck and face. Facelifts can be done alone, or frequently performed in conjunction with another procedure such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping. If your problem areas are limited to the neck, a more conservative procedure, known as a "necklift" will be recommended. In some cases, a facelift can reduce the outward signs of aging by ten or fifteen years.

Rhinoplasty

The nose is the most prominent feature of the human face. For many people, it is simply a part of their good looks and rarely merits a second thought. For countless others, the nose is an almost constant sign of embarrassment.

This procedure is done on an outpatient basis under IV sedation. Incisions are made inside the nostrils. The nasal bones, cartilage and soft tissues are reshaped to improve the external contour. Large nostrils may be reduced through tiny incisions at the outer base of the nostrils with either type of rhinoplasty.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

Generally referred to as a "tummy tuck", abdominoplasty removes excess fat skin and from the abdomen. The procedure also helps to flatten the abdomen by tightening the surrounding muscles. Women with stretched abdominal areas due to previous pregnancies can benefit considerably from abdominoplasty, although they should have completed their childbearing. Older individuals whose skin has lost some its elasticity and are slightly obese can experience an improvement in their abdominal area.

If you are in generally good physical shape but are concerned about abdominal fat deposits or loose skin that does not respond to diet and exercise, the procedure can potentially reduce or even eliminate a protruding abdomen. Abdominoplasty can produce a permanent scar which can possibly extend to both sides of your hips, although the scar will likely be located below the bikini or bathing suit line.

BOTOX® Cosmetic

BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to smooth crow's feet, frown and worry lines, and lines on the neck. Made from a purified protein, BOTOX® injections block nerve impulses, weakening muscles to relax wrinkles and give the face a rejuvenated look. BOTOX® may also be useful for migraine headaches, excessive sweating, and eye and neck muscle spasms.
